Hi All,

Just a quick announcement that Ubuntu have re-established the backports
team, and I am now able to backport Gramps to currently supported
releases in Ubuntu in addition to Debian.

Currently I only do the most recent releases, because that is all I am
able to easily test.

So if you can be patient for a few days/weeks after the next Gramps
release, you will get it for free without having to go downloading the
deb files from the Gramps website.

You just need to enable backports:

https://backports.debian.org/Instructions/

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports

Cheers,

Ross
