We have no code that supports syncing, but we do have a reference to a FamilySearch download tool on our Discourse forum: https://gramps.discourse.group/t/getmyancestors-a-standalone-tool-to-export-familysearch-ancestors/2011/1 I use RootsMagic Essentials to synchronize data with Ancestry and FamilySearch, and that can also find hints on FindMyPast and My Heritage.
