Do you mean a restore? You can try to copy it back to the original 
folder, after renaming the original one, meaning one of the numbered 
folders inside .gramps/grampsdb, which you can probably recognise by the 
name of the tree, which is stored in the file name.txt.

This helped me when I messed up last time, with Gramps 5.1.5 and a 
database that still ran on BSDDB.

Your system information suggests that your Linux is quite old, and your 
Gramps too.

May I ask which Linux version you use?
