Forms are confusing for the 1st use. You can Import an EXAMPLE of a form being used appropriately into a blank Tree or the Example Tree. Not only does the Form import but also a record where the Form is used on a Person.
It helps to experiment with a form that is known to be usable. And since this is currently the most popular US census.
Here's a link to the "Support forum threads" under "See Also"> This has another link to the Discourse forum which has an DOWNLOADABLE and IMPORTABLE example with the 1950 US Federal Census.
The hope is that someone will post downloadable examples of the most commonly used form for additional countries. The "See Also" will be expanded as that happens.
