Re: Odd mouse wheel behaviour

This sounds like the "disappearing scrollbar" syndrome. I don't have
Windows, but someone once mentioned that the Themes add-on allows you to
make the scrollbar always visible.

On my Mac, whenever this happens, I have to switch to a different category
view and then switch back in order to make the scroll bar reappear.
