Patching Gramps to include such additional Citation fields is one of the 'hacks" discussed in the Gramps Discourse forum. Actually, there are several threads touching that particular subject. This maillist has gone quiet since most of the activity migrated there over the since the pandemic began. 


You might want to explore the different hacks collected on that forum. (And the "What patches are 'vital' to you" thread shares which patches people are installing and why.)  Those threads were 'tagged' after the topic was fully explored so that they are easier to find:

There is another 5.2 addition to remember GUI adjustments to the table column widths. (It can be retrofitted to be used with the 5.1 version. But it requires patching SO many modules that it is probably wiser to wait for 5.2 version.)
