need help ...

... your program seems great - have been using for quite a while
now, but I cannot (1) figure out how to add images, (2) how to print in any
of these formats, (3) how to save, (4) just recently it began to refuse to
open some of the files, stating I had to update the program but all could
be destroyed if I so did ???, (5) when I watched the various videos
initially, they would talk about some things which they were able to do,
but without explaining how theirs could but mine can't - there's somethings
that need to be added but I cannot figure out what these things are nor how
to find them.
Hoping to hear from some that can get my program to work properly,
with all due thanks, & sincerity,
