I have the same beliefs, but discovered that it was quite useless to 
discuss those on-line, on their site. WikiTree was a mess from the 
start, with married and middle names, silly politics w.r.t. surname 
prefixes, which I ignored from the start, and lots of other things, like 
the biographies, which act like a garbage bin for everything that can't 
be stored in their data model, which is very primitive. And that was 
more than 12 years ago, and it hasn't changed since.

And their Americanism hasn't changed either.
