What you missing is a major release (5.2.0) less than 2 weeks ago for the desktop GUI. That makes 3 major releases & 13 fix/beta releases since 2028) And that Gramps for desktops is a more mature (23 years) tool with more expansive documentation. So since Gramps Web isvery new, the users are learning... and bubbling with questions and problems. You might also be missing the highly active Community Support discussions using the Discourse forum software. Gramps Web has one section, all the rest are for the main desktop version. See discourse.gramps-project.org (Discourse doesn't "scrub" away HTML markup or screen captures like this maillist does.)
