GRAMPS: AIO64-5.2.0-r1-6167151 Python: 3.11.8 BSDDB: 6.2.9 (6, 0, 30) sqlite: 3.45.1 (2.6.0) LANG: en_GB.UTF-8 OS: Windows Recently I was uninstalling some software using the Windows Uninstall tool. I then noticed that I had two legacy versions of Gramps, both early 5.x versions. I am currently using 5.2.0 I used the Windows Uninstall program to remove both of these early versions. Next time I ran my live version, the look and feel had changed. (I also have a strange typeface for menus and names.) I was able to reconfigure lots of the different screen views, but I'm left with one odd problem. On the graph screen, I currently have the ID of all people displayed next to the names. If I go to View and Configure, and uncheck the ID box and then return, I lose the ID as expected. However after exiting the program and subsequently reloading, the ID comes back. I have a similar situation with avatars. I deselect them, but they return. I'd be grateful for any suggestions for rectifying this problem as well as any criticism over the way I uninstalled the old version. Thank you in advance. I hope this is the right address to use for help, it's been a long time since I needed any.
