Dear FreeGIS list, 52N-SOS-v2-00-00 (download at: https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=122215&package_id=154686&release_id=397736 ) The second 52°North quality assured software component was released the beginning of March. The 52N Sensor Observation Service allows interoperable provision of geo-referenced measurement data. As a result, it is easily integrated in geodata-infrastructures and geoservice-infrastructures. In situ sensors (e.g. water gages) as well as remote sensing sensors can be used for data collection.
