psscale annotation precision

Hi,
I used the following following command to plot a scale that i attached.


psscale -V -D3.3i/1.5i/6.6i/0.25ih -Cseis_eng.cpt -B:max=69.017075:/:gal:  -L -S -N >scale.ps


and what I want is the annotation can be marked like the color_cpt file attached ,which is:the float number can be marked with 2 or 3 numbers after the dot, and the Integer numer are just marked what it is ! 
Simply, 0.014 is annotated "0.014",But "3899" is "3899", Not "3899.000"!
