GMT figure layouts

Hi all,

I was wondering if somebody knows a place were gmt format layouts for 
figures (axes annotations, font, tick lengths and so on) are available 
for download?
I know the same for color bars, which is sometimes very helpful (see an 
example here).

I know defining a format is a very individual thing, but some 
inspiration would be nice. :)
