tar zxvf gmt-5.1.0-src.tar.gz
cd gmt-5.1.0/cmake
cp ConfigUserTemplate.cmake ConfigUser.cmake
(tweak ConfigUser.cmake)
cd ..
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/your/path/to/gmt5 ..
make
make install
