Probably simplest to use grdcontour -D to get the path you need. Might be best to turn your grid into 1s and 0s (1 where there is data, 0 elsewhere), e.g. grdmath yourgrid.nc ISFINITE = tmp.grd grdcontour tmp.grd -J.. -Dpath -C0.5 -L0.1/0.9 etc. -p On Mar 4, 2014, at 5:17 AM, Christian Baillard <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I've a .grd file with NaN values in it.
