psvelo with color platte

 Greetings
Iam trying to use *psvelo command *to mapping the GPS velocity, and want to
show the velocity arrows  in gradual colors (*with cpt files), not one
color*
iam used the Option *-C *with cpt file, but it  didn't work, just gave me
the default color(black), my command
was
*psvelo  Obs.sta.data -Jm4.1i  -R  -Se.05/0.1/5   -A0.15/0.02/0.05 -Wred
-Cvelo1.cpt  -E -P  -O -K -V >>%ps1%*

 any suggestions ?
