Re: Converting .grd to .dxf or .dwg (AutoCAD)

I don't think that is really possible. ".grd" are grids and dxf (or the 
binary DWG) are vector formats so they cannot represent grids (rasters).
But perhaps I'm wrong and there is some sort of image capability that 
had been added to those Acad formats (they didn't exist when used 
autocad long time ago).
That said people in GDAL list sometimes ask questions similar to this 
and turns out that they want to display lines (contours). If that's the 
case, then try GDAL, which has DWG support.
