Converting .grd to .dxf or .dwg (AutoCAD)

Dear GMT users,

I need to transform a GMT .grd file to .dxf or .dwg AutoCAD files.

To be honest my experience with AutoCAD is very little, but the idea is to
be able to display "somehow" the grid using AutoCAD.
