--001a11c16ec2cd3b3705008782c9 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 I am working on maps that need to be reviewed by several colleagues who are not very experienced in using GMT. Each collaborator will look at a different segment (different sets of plotted data points generated by psxy, for example) and then provide me with feedback on their specific part of the map. How do I separate everything into layers in the ps file within the GMT bash script so that ps2raster will create a pdf file that includes individual named layers that are readable by Illustrator? Searching online I have found that pslib is the function to use, however, I cannot find any examples online that show how to invoke pslib for these purposes. It seems like it should be simple, that I should be able to insert a line in my script that says something like: "start new layer with a specific name", pscoast line psxy line "end layer." I'm sure there are many ways to do this, but is there a simple way? Jacob -- Jacob M.
