Hi devs,

GRASS GIS 7.8.6RC1 has been released 22 days ago,
https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/releases/tag/7.8.6RC1

and no major issues happened. One fix (plus translations update) has
been applied since then:

https://github.com/OSGeo/grass/commit/83c45339c98e7b587aa218a5731226ac8f6cb355

Do we need another RC for this or release anyway?
