background changer update

Hi all,

I want to let you know that I have updated the background
changer plugin with some new features. This basically includes
a patch by Michal N. with some experimental features like
giving the control of the change to some external script which
in turn gives feedback to the plugin. For details read the
README that comes with the tarball.

The new version is 0.1.7 and you can find it at

for direct downloading.

As I don't have the time to test it well, I included the patch
as is. So please test and let me know if it breaks in some
cases.
