Unfortunately GKrellM 2.3.0 introduced a change in config saving that breaks 
on Windows, result:

Configuring gkrellm works exactly once, later changes won't be written to 
disk!

I have fixed it now and uploaded all files again. So if anybody downloaded 
this, please download again and sorry for not having spotted this earlier.
