i have a ton of monitors set p for remote servers. all of them call gkrellm2. rather than
reconfigure every desktop link i created a symlink. will this cause any problem such as
double execution? i had trouble on my local monitor doing that. for some reason it called
2 of them which may have been my problem when fan and temp sensors other than cpu locked
causing gkrellm not to exit on quit. i corrected that one and am testing it now to see if
the problem is cured.

here is one of my process list remote gkrellms it is listed twice but i suspect that is
because it is called by kdesu.

6280 ? Sl 0:00 /usr/bin/kdesu -u root -c /usr/bin/gkrellm2 -c voyager -s
voyager
 6294 ? Ss 0:00 /usr/bin/gkrellm2 -c voyager -s voyager

i have to run them as root because that homedir is where all the configs are located. i
suppose i could move them all to my user home dir if i have to..

is this proper? i will eventually edit them all as i have time to do a few. there are 23
of them :(
