in your ~/.gkrellm2 or maybe without the 2 directory if you run it as your user, or in 
/root/.gkrellm if you run it as root you should find a file called sensor-config
try adding these lines to it, changing your labels as you wish if they work.

put them right under the existing gpu lines

sensor "V285" "nvidia-smi GPU:0" 10000 0 1 0
sensor "V295a" "nvidia-smi GPU:1" 10000 0 1 0
sensor "V295b" "nvidia-smi GPU:2" 10000 0 1 0

that might do it.
