And finally here's a set of 32 bit and 64 bit Windows packages for testing:

As the cryptic name suggests the packages already contain fixes done
after packaging the release candidate. In the future I plan to do this
more often to give Windows users the chance to test bugfixes/features.

Some notable changes for these packages:
- Built using a MinGW-w64 cross compiler and with the help of MXE as a
cross compiling environment (see http://mxe.cc)
- All dependencies have been updated to recent versions
- Archives now contain all dependencies, including Gtk+
- No installer-based packages yet, I did not finish updating the NSIS
rules for 2.3.6
