An updated set of Windows packages is now available for testing:

The new packages fix two Windows specific problems:
- Always-on-top option did not have any effect
- Crash on system name display when Windows version was unknown
(happened on Win 7 or newer, GKrellM now knows all versions up to Win 8.1)

The installer is also getting into shape but currently leaves a few
empty directories and uninstall.exe around. A complete installer should
not be too far away.

Some feedback on whether these packages work or break would be appreciated.
