New plugin: GKrellMWebKit

Hi,

Scratching my own itch, I authored a plugin that allows displaying
mini-browser instances inside GKrellM, using the WebKit library.

My own needs were to display local weather forecast data and an
appointment list, but I don't see why the plugin wouldn't be suitable
for say, a javascript calculator or any of the iframe-type widgets found
on the web.  Obviously most online webpages' display will be horrible
inside GKrellM because of the limited width, but you've got your regular
browser for that.
