[GNC] Investment Lots report, no CAGR grand totals

The updated Investment Lots report includes Grand Totals for

Realized Gain    Realized ROI        Unrealized Gain Unrealized ROI

but not Realized CAGR   and  Unrealized CAGR

which would be useful if possible.
