Things may not be as dire as they might appear. Can you provide some specifics as to what is not working properly or what does not seem correct? If necessary, attach screenshots illustrating the problem(s). (do not paste into the message, *attach* the images to your reply) The simple answer to re-install though is just that. Run the installer again. It is supposed to remove your previous installation first. However, you can manually uninstall if you prefer. (from Settings > Add/Remove Programs) It might also be a good idea to check in the Program Files directory and delete the GnuCash directory after uninstalling if it is still there. Some folks reported a bug where it doesn't cleanly remove itself and that may cause issues on upgrade/re-install.
