Hi! Last Easter I sent a patch to add an entry in contextual menu: "Copy path". One month ago aprox. I discovered that it was possible to do it using drag and drop :-D and we thought that "Copy path" entry menu was not really needed. But I don't get used to use konsole , and using xterm drag and drop is not working :(, and even if it would be working, sometimes I have gqview in one desktop and the destination xterm/konsole in other desktop, so to us drag and drop is not easy... For above reasons, I say again: +1 vote for copy path in menu entry :-) PROS: -Drag and drop is not easy to discover (I did the patch because I didn't know drag and drop way) -Drag and drop is not working in xterms -Drag and drop forces to have everything in same desktop -I could do actions for each action that I would do with photos... but everytime I do different things :-) CONTRAS: -One more entry in menu :-( John said that there is already too much entries in menus... -... Thanks for, at least, read the mail :-) PS: the patch: http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=10167948&forum_id=5979 -- Carles Pina i Estany GPG id: 0x8CBDAE64 http://pinux.info Manresa - Barcelona ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
