Finding similar images from command line

Hello together,

I like the tool "finding similar images" but I need it on the commandline. I
have two folders with approx. 100.000 images.

Now I need the possibility to run a command like

compare folder a folder b

The result should be the same like the comparison with two file sets.

Any ideas if this is possible?
