GQview push for next stable release.

The next stable release will be 1.4.0, the plan is to release in late January
2004.

The current beta is 1.3.7, there will be several additional 1.3.x releases to
fix bugs and update translations.

Please report bugs not listed in the TODO file.


Translators: The 1.3.7 release changed many of the context menu strings, and
will need to be updated. Translation updates can be sent to
[email protected] or to the address listed at the bottom of this
mail. The current translation status for every language is listed below.
