"v" to go fullscreen broken in 1.3.7 plus a few suggestions

Pressing "v" to go fullscreen seems to have been broken in 1.3.7
Since I'm typing this I'll make a few quick feature requests. Doubleclick to 
go/leave fullscreen would be fantastic. More speed especially on thumbnails 
would also be great (latest version of compupic for windows is a good 
representitive of how fast an image viewer can be).
Oh also the "archive" links on http://gqview.sourceforge.net/view-rsrc.html 
are all broken, correct on the subscribe page though.
