gqview/suggestions

Dear gqview developers,

I am using gqview as my main image viewer.  I am mostly satisfied with
it as a small, fast and elegant program.  Thanks for your work!

I have couple of small suggestions/comments though.

*) Trash.  I would like to have an option "use system trash".
 Currently, I have to point the gqview's trash to ~/.Trash and keep
 the byte limit at maximum in order to avoid gqview to "maintaining"
 my trash.

*) Cannot one join the comments of gthumb and gqview?  They are stored
 in different folders in different format.  Aren't there any suggestions
 for a standard way of doing this?
