GQview 1.3.9 translation status

With the pre-release for 1.4.0 now out, this is a final call to update your
favorite translation. 1.4.0 is scheduled for _around_ mid February.


The strings have been frozen since 1.3.8, but please base translation updates on
1.3.9.


Translation updates can be sent to [email protected] or to the
address listed at the bottom of this mail. Please send .po files or .po patches
in gzipped form to ensure data integrity, .po text/plain attachments _will_
result in a request to resend in gzip format.
