Midnight Commander 4.8.29 released

Hi there,

In spite of the last week's hiccup, I'm glad to be finally able to 
announce the immediate availability of mc-4.8.29, a maintenance and bugfix 
release!

As usual, we have fixed number of bugs in various subsystems, but the most 
notable change this time is the switch of mc.ext to the new INI-based 
format, which made it possible to close a large number of long-standing 
file type detection issues.

Please note that if you have customized mc.ext in the past, there is no 
automatic migration of your old settings to the new format!

Another notable change is that no more hacks are needed to build mc from 
tarballs on newer systems including M1 due to the build system upgrade, 
which happened after we switched to Fedora 37.

For a detailed list of changes since the last release, please refer to the 
release notes. An upgrade is advised to benefit from these improvements!
