Discontinue support for Debian/Ubuntu binary packages

Dear MC community, I would like to inform that I decided to discontinue support for Debian/Ubuntu binary builds for Midnight Commander (https://midnight-commander.org/wiki/Binaries). The latest MC version available at https://www.tataranovich.com/repository.html is 4.8.31. It's unlikely that MC 4.8.32 will appear here. It was 13 years journey since I initially wrote to Slava Zanko and proposed to maintain the latest MC packages for Debian.
