This is kind of coupled to the group/skill thread on mrproject-list :) 

I'm not sure what my opinion here is yet, but I wonder what to do with
resources that are in no group, or what to do if we would go with the
skill instead of groups idea that Mikael had.

I'm leaning towards that it would clutter up things in the common case,
by introducing the additional level in the tree, but that's just my
first thought.

Anyhow, I think that it will be hard to differentiate between more
things in the time table view (and also the gantt view) by just using
colors. We need to come up with something that works for color blind or
otherwise visually impaired people.
