Yes, it is, and this is one of the reasons why I prefere to have, for
each resource:
- one group
- several skills

Create a (visual) "default group" ?

Well, depends, I gave a try on some of my projects here, where the
staff is about 40 people, it can be useful to collapse the resources
that are not involved in *my* team when I want to have a global look at
the time-table view...

Well, yes, but on that point I have no idea... Maybe it can be of
interest to use the thickness of the bar...
