You can define a default week for each calendar, with the default
working hours. I think that makes setting up a whole calendar a lot
easier, even though it's not a complete substitute for day types.

I don't think day types will make it to 0.8, but you can submit a
feature request bug to our bugzilla, to make sure it's not forgotten.
