Where to find libgal16?

Hi,

I've recently downloaded the MrProject rpm but I need libgal16 for it to
install.  I've searched hi and lo but can't seem to find an rpm (or even
a tarball) for libgal16.  Can anybody help me find this package?  I'm
running RedHat 7.1 with Ximian 1.4 on an i386. Any pointers welcome.
