MrProject > 0.5.1 on RedHat 7.3?

A quick search in the archives for this list and a google didn't turn up
an answer, so...

Is there a way to get mrproject 0.9 on RedHat 7.3?  I'd really like to
play with it some more, but moving to RedHat 8.0 would be, well, a
hassle I'd like to avoid.
A --rebuild of the SRPM for 0.9 quickly degenerated into a mess.

Suggestions, pointers, etc. welcome.
