I tried several approach to this:
1. Create artificial relationships
2. Change by hand the start date of a given task
   (which is, in fact, what MSProject does automatically)
3. Use a dedicated plugin which is in the CVS repository but not in
   the usual distribution (have to be activated) and which might
   conflict with recent developpements.

I don't like the first one, it creates artificial stuff.

I don't like the third one: I prefere to choose which task have
to be done first.

So I would suggest the second one is not so bad...
