Tasks by the hour?

I'd like to use Mr. Project to organize in detail some critical tasks:
IT system conversions, etc...

But I can't seem to work in any unit smaller than a day.  I need to be
able to say something like 4 hours.

Is this implemented and I'm missing it, or on the To Do list?
