Feature request: hour based time constrains

Hello!

I've just tried to use MrProject 0.9.1 to manage a short term project. I'ts 
very impresive piece of software, but lack some features. What I need are 
more precise time constrains for task: not only a day, but also day's time. 

Also useful features would be:

* ability to drag task on Gantt's chart;

* ability to use other units than 'days' in 'Edit task' dialog;
