Are you sure?  I didn't save his email, but I thought he
was unable to locate the libgsg*.rpm and ended up downloading
the tar.gz version.  Obviously, if he had the source rpm,
rpm --rebuild would be better (though newer versions of
rpm don't support the --rebuild option:

   weaver% rpm --rebuild
   --rebuild: unknown option

and you need to run the rpmbuild program instead).
