Nokia cell phones?

What is the status of support for Nokia phones? The cell phone service I just switched to includes a free Nokia 3588i which has already been demonstrated to work as a wireless modem on linux, but I noticed on the multisync webpage that there no Nokia cellphones are supported with multisync.
