which fields do you mean exactly?
If you are talking about custom VCARD fields (eg: X-SOMEAPPLICATION-FOO)
then you will find that multisync currently has no way to translate
then between separate applications.
At best multisync will ignore custom fields, at worst it will delete them.
It depends on the particular plugins.
