No file transfers

Firstly i apologise for my last post, me being an idiot for a change!

Now onto the problem, i have got multisync set up and connecting to my ipaq 
running familiar/opie, the first time i synced it said synchronising x items 
now every sync it says Connection OK: no new changes reported, however at no 
point has any of my data been transfereed from my ipaq to my desktop or vice 
versa, anyone know what i could be doing wrong ? It is evolution 2 that I am 
trying to sync with on my desktop btw and if I change an item e.g. a to-do 
task when i try to sync it says snchronising 1 item but again nothing gets 
transferred. Any help would be appreciated.
