evo2/treo 650 sync

Hi list,

I cannot find out how it should work. I think I configured everything
correct but it doesn't work. That's what happens:

1. multisync is waiting for the client
2. after pressing hotsync multisync says please press hotsync
3. everything (e.g. another time pressing hotsync) what I try fails

What's wrong? Or how should it work?
